All orders of $350.00 or more will ship FREE of charge via UPS Ground.  All orders under $350.00 will ship for a flat rate of $45.00 and exclusions apply where noted.

What If Something Is Broken Or Damaged?

Despite our best efforts, items are occasionally damaged during shipping.  Should this happen it is important that you keep all of the original packaging and contact us immediately.  Once UPS has inspected the original package we will replace your item if a replacement is available, or we will refund your payment if a replacement is unavailable.

Does Privet House Supply Provide Gift Wrapping?

Unfortunately, we cannot provide gift wrapping during our Final Sale.

How Is Sales Tax Calculated On Orders?

We collect sales tax on all orders shipped to addresses within Connecticut, at a rate of 6.35%.
