TRUDON SOLIS REX CANDLE

Candle makers since 1643, Trudon has supplied the Court of Louis XVI as well as the imperial court of Napoleon Bonaparte during its storied history. Presented in a hand-blown glass tumbler with stamped gold foil shield emblem, the Trudon scented candles have often been referred to as the “Rolls Royce” of candles. Known for their artisanal quality, the candles are made with biodegradable vegetal oils and pure cotton wicks.

The Scent: SOLIS REX
A popular favorite, Solis Rex (formerly Roi Soleil) is inspired by the elaborate parquetry of Chateau de Versailles's famous Hall of Mirrors.  Not surprisingly, the primary notes of this woody scent are cedar, incense, fir bark, eucalyptus and orange.
