VINTAGE EBONIZED & GILT MIRROR

An unusual ebonized double-frame mirror. The larger back outer frame is hand-painted with a gilt scroll-like flourish; the inner frame is carved and accented with gold gilt. The mirror glass was replaced at some point in the life of the mirror.
