Simon Pearce Cheese Set
This trio of hand-forged stainless steel cheese knives are artisan-crafted with copper-finished handles. The flat knife slices and serves medium-firm cheeses like cheddar and gouda; the rounded soft cheese knife spreads bries and other creamy varieties on crackers and bread; and the fork-tipped knife is used for cutting crumbly bleu and chipping at extra-firm parmesan.
